Charly Arnolt has built her Motive routine around an active lifestyle. Keeping a strict workout regimen alongside a fulltime schedule, she works MotiveCBD into her day with ease.
We asked Charly about her wellness routine in detail. How does she stay in such great shape, all while staying pain free. Here’s what she had to say.
Q: If you had to choose one thing, what motivates you to stay active?
A: Personal health is my primary motivator.
Q: What’s your workout routine made up of in terms of exercises, schedule, etc.?
A: I body build 5x per week with a focus on different body parts each session (lower body 2x per week, upper body 3x per week). I also have a hot yoga practice 2x per week. It;s important to me to be active every day on average.
Q: Who is your favorite person/motivator to work out with?
A: No one in particular. I am constantly motivated by “bad ass” girls in the gym who are lifting heavy and getting a good workout in. They keep me going and working hard too!
Q: How does CBD help you?
A: CBD aids in my recovery while it helps me to relax.
